Lockhart's President and Principal Consultant, Gary R. Card has a background primarily in the business management of service operations. As a unit, branch, district and regional manager with a large multi-national computer and network equipment and software manufacturer over the course of 17 years, he achieved consistent top performance through a sound understanding of leadership principles. Leading quality improvement initiatives, designing business process reengineering efforts and initiating many other business development projects, he developed a track record of incrementally higher levels of profitability and customer satisfaction. Today as an independent consultant and through associations and partnerships with other organizations he manages business development, conducts organizational assessments and participates in interventions and training with private and public organizations. His skills are most beneficial when applied to quality improvement, team building, and operational effectiveness initiatives, as well as in leading the change management process.
